The cycle "facility" has been recently installed. It is a cycle path which runs parallel to a straight road which has national speed limits. Cyclists travelling in a South-Westerly direction have to cross the carriageway at both ends to get on and off the path. The path is crossed 5 times by tracks which allow access to fields for agricultural vehicles. All 5 crossings have dotted white lines which indicate that the priority is to those vehicles crossing the cycle path and the fifth also has raised kerbs.
